5 stars: i have bought a lot of things from this app but offlate whenever i try to buy stuff and i go to the paymebt section, it says my internet is not working. is anyone facing this? i tried booking from different parts of the city thinking maybe my internet at home is slow but i get the same issue. m getting very annoyed with this problem. kindly help.
3 stars: I had issues with the product I received, so I placed a return request. But had issues to get it returned so I sent an email to them.. Immediately I received assistance from Wendy.. She is so helpful n assured me to get the product returned n refund my money as soon as possible.. Thank u Wendy looking forward to have this issue resolved at the earliest so I can give u 5 rating as u deserve it..
3 stars: Wendy thank you for helping me and tell me what is happend exactly ,but when my money is creadited to my acc that time i'll erase the next phase. (i'hd order 3 things on 22nd dec but you guys deduct my money from my acc and don't placed the order .43 hour passed , till now you don't hve any update regarding my money..either you placed my order or refund my money.)
