4 stars: This app was great. Sadly now having to buy a subscription is not worth it. I have downloaded the other apps in bodybuilding. Com and found this one was the best suited for me. It would wiser to charge a small 1 time fee to have the app instead of monthly payments because no will pay it.
3 stars: This was a workout plan that I could actually do at the gym on my own. I loved how it was everything that was on the website, including the diet, videos, on the app. I lost 5 pounds in 3 weeks and was doing good keeping progress. After being sick, I open to find out I need to pay now?! And the update notification says I can get access to even more workout plans if I pay a monthly or yearly fee? NO!!! This was all anyone needed. We already pay for the gym and the supplements. There is no benefit to having access to more workout plans when finding one is hard enough.
5 stars: Love it very much I have doing it for a week and then it kicked me out I'm try to get back on but it is a very very good app
4 stars: The visual layout is great and I love the video instructions however there's no way to log weights, sets, or rest times like with the bodybuilding app. I jump between and that seems redundant. This app would be perfect if it added features to log and track details in workouts!!
