2 stars: Cartoon Art Pics Photo Editor apk download - The pictures turn out lousy. It takes forever, often you get pop up stating "too many users are on now, try back later "or something to that effect.Perhaps it would work better on close ups but with this many apps to choose from why waste time?
5 stars: Cartoon Art Pics Photo Editor apk download - Stop complaining people. This app is awesome. You just have to be smarter than the app. To "save" your image, take a screen capture of it with your phone (hold down the power button and the lower volume button at the same time), then you can crop your picture from that point on, and save it. Also, as for the "oh so terrible" active users obstacle, just try again right after or a few seconds later - anyone ever heard of a little patience? Jesus.
2 stars: - Keeps giving "too many users" error....so I give up, un- installing. (Nice effects, but takes WAAAAY too long to try to use them with the error coming up 20+ times per photo).
