5 stars: - On 2nd September at 11 pm i was tired and exhausted then i found trivago on play store and booked a hotel.i am glad to saying that within 10 minutes i got the desired hotel and that was awesome!thanks trivago!!!!!the best app ever!
2 stars: - Something's seriously wrong with the app. The search function is crashing the app and even if we somehow get through it the rates on the app is nowhere close to what the actual deal is during the booking.

2 stars: - I work for a hotel in Louisville , and from experience , it causes us all kinds of mess because the photos posted under certain room types are wrong. You have larger suite photos posted under the smaller suites so when our guest arive they demand the room in the photos. That needs fixed asap!
