4 stars: Customer service was great! I had a problem with the app crashing, and couldnt figure out how to uninstall it. I emailed customer service and they got back to me - right away - and walked me through the process no problem. They were great. I would try this app again in the future after some bugs are fixed. Great people to deal with!
3 stars: It needs an option to protect the service not to be stopped from apps menu in settings.
4 stars: Might have been given a 5 star rating however their is a glitch wherein you can easily uninstall the program even with the "uninstall protection" checked. a. Go to security setting b. click on device administrator c. check on another security device manager aside (eg Android device manager etc)from trackids (uncheck trackidz) d. then try to uninstall the trackids I hope you will be able to solve this problem
