3 stars: Star VPN - Free VPN Proxy App apk download - Works very well and is a 5-star quality app. However, I purchased a subscription on my MacBook, and the purchase would transfer and would work flawlessly on my iOS device. I just wish there was a way the subscription would transfer to my Android device; I just don't feel like paying another $25 just for my mobile device.
