3 stars: - I found the app useful enough to find tenants. However, there was an update and there is no option to login through Facebook anymore. Which leaves my account and ad in limbo state. I can't login to delete the ad. I've contacted them using 3 different feedback/inquiry emails and Facebook. No response from them yet and it has been over a week. I even sent screenshots of the problem so they could a triage it properly. People are messaging my ad still even though the place is rented out already. Customer service is non-existent, no point of inquiry email account if there is no response. Don't have Facebook login/account sign-up if you don't have that feature in android app as well. Also have the ability to manage ads through desktop website. And finally, respond to your inquiry emails you've set up.
