4 stars: Really useful to find the best parking with many options.need to be updated. Other parking apps have a fresher look. It's been several years since I had this app and it looks the same. The street parking look is dated. Also it constantly zooms out when I am looking at street parking somewhere.
5 stars: Great app, does just what it's name says. I'm really impressed with how fast their customer service responded and refunded me for a reservation when no attendant was present at the garage to scan my reservation and validate my ticket when trying to leave, thus forcing me to pay the slightly higher garage fee.

5 stars: The App is very useful in finding parking in area close to you visiting. The people handling are very helpful as well. I had reservation and due to closure of avenue on Thanksgiving day parade could not reach to parking and refund is issued. That is the ethics we looking from companies today. Hats off.
