5 stars: I started playing this when I was 6 on an iphone 4. Stopped for a while and starting playing again a few months ago. I just beat the game/made it to infinite mode, without premium. I love this game and think the no checkpoints make it more fun and challenging. Would for sure recommend, wouldn't recommend getting premium until you beat the game as it's way more fun without.
5 stars: I've played this game for years on end at this rate, I keep coming back and it's still enjoyable. It's spacey, trippy, and Douglas Holmquist's soundtrack enhances the experience tenfold. It's challenging enough to make it a proper game, while the zen mode is my personal favorite since I can just zone out to the music and scenes. It's visually incredible, and music and sound design is peak. I'll sing praises for Smash Hit forever probably.
