4 stars: Once you hit level 300, it becomes impossible to win levels without making purchases. Before that I got through without any purchases. I got to level 315, but it's just a money grab after that. Buying a few boosters isn't enough, you have to buy more and more. Also, the increasing number of challenges, races, etc that they bombard you with between levels is irritating. The only one you need to pay attention to is the Season Pass.
3 stars: The game is good. Helps clear my mind but of late it has been so frustrating. I watch adds to get free rewards only to be taken back to my homescreen just after watching the ads. Sometimes I even end up failing levels altogether and I might just uninstall the game. Some levels are also so difficult to pass . It's so annoying.
2 stars: It's ok they keep sticking extra games in between for some reason, and you sometimes have to use extra gold bars to win as they don't give you many plays. They now give you extra plays by watching adds. This is good, but when you need just a few more plays to clear the board, no extra plays are given. Basically, you have to buy more gold if you want to keep on playing.
