5 stars: Ironically, the only complaint I have it that ads don't play as often as I try. The game play is challenging but not unwinnable after other tries.
5 stars: Nice game. Lots of fun and fully active on serving your guests. Ads are not bad but we need the ads for our free games people. I love it. Been up since 415 this morning. My day off. So sweet. Keep up the good work guys. 👍👍👍👍👍
4 stars: I got as far as Level 76, only bought diamonds twice. Ads are excessive, which is after each time you play and want to upgrade. Plus the daily tasks cost adds, not unusual to watch 50+ ads to play for 30-45min. Game is fun and graphics good. Not much interaction with other players but ask for hearts and say hello about it because ppl don't answer back. Good luck n have fun!

3 stars: I was really enjoying the game but there is a glitch on level 57 at the Glass Castle Hotel that makes guests move as thought THEY have the speed boost. Its impossible to play. Please fix this. Thank you very much.
3 stars: I was really enjoying this game because it was straight forward, you aren't forced to join a group and the ads weren't intrusive. Now it's crashing. The loading bar will reach 100 and then the screen would go black and do nothing. I don't bother uninstalling/reinstalling games because it rarely fixes anything long term. Dissapointing.
