5 stars: The new design is absolutely refreshing. After the update, the app super fast. I'm thoroughly enjoy using the app so far. I love the new contacts and I can even add a note for those contact.

3 stars: Reduced from 5 Stars. Update halved the usefulness of the mobile app, unusable (won't take pictures inside app, huge mistake). Thanks for the forced upgrade Meh. Good thing we're not paying for it (oh wait...)
3 stars: At some point recently...the Android version stopped working. It's a blank screen when I open it up. Tech support told me to force close...and reopen. That did not fix the problem. It's been at least 2 months...with no fix. Update:. While it has gotten better, I'm still having real issues with the Android app. It completely logs me out when I shut down the app. The app consistently shows a blank screen when it is opened.
2 stars: Since the update a month or 2 ago, the app is much more difficult to use, on Apple or Android products. I have to hunt for notifications and cannot easily access previous conversations. I avoid using the app now.
