5 stars: This app has been my most used app out of many that I have tried! Honestly love it, so many workout options, customized workouts, challenges. Highly recommend! I have come to edit my review. I have been using this app for some time now. And they have had days where there's been difficulties. However I sti find it to be the most useful app. And they continue to add more features!

4 stars: I've been using this app and I love all the updates. Sometimes I have to restart my workout because the screen will come up black and shows nothing. I wish there was a link to Amazon Music but it helps that I can just play my music alongside the workout and still listen to instructions uninterrupted. There's a great variety and I've seen lots of success with the ab routine.
3 stars: Worked well while it worked, but I'm a new mom, who loses motivation easily, which means I dont have the time or patience to figure out why the app keeps crashing mid workout, so I'm forced to move on to another app. otherwise, great workouts tailored to your fitness level and a wide variety of exercises to keep you from plateauing. may revisit this app in the future.
