5 stars: I am one of the newer customers and enjoyed the service so far. In my second purchase, there was a problem with the shipment and although the amount was not small, they refunded in full without any questions asked although I did not even request a full refund. I would say they know how to build customer loyalty.
5 stars: They have amazing stuff but there are some expensive stuff and I hope we get along together
4 stars: There is some sort of lag in the operation with app. The worse part is that you put something in your basket and after few days, it's out of stock or change in price happens (for any reason, higher or lower) and if you don't remember what was in your basket, probably you will miss that item or never understand the price change. There should be notification for these situations.
3 stars: App slowly when loading products 🙂, but the dresgin of app is very good.
3 stars: It's great, but it would be much appreciated if you would add an english interface for foreigners who want to use your services
2 stars: Would be a lot better if there is an option to change the language to English.
