4 stars: I love this site and company but some of the desktop features are not available on the app. You can't easily navigate to job requests you have created on the app. That's a major source of frustration. But the ability to access and hire remarkable talent at a reasonable price still outweighs the few issues with the navigation of the apps features.
3 stars: The app seems quite buggy. Most of the time when I open it I just get a white blank screen, and have to reopen it 4 or 5 times to get it to work. Also, not sure why I would leave a tip if I have to pay a $3 service fee. In fact there is no mention of any service fees until payment. Regardless I have had good experiences with contractors and work completed.
3 stars: It doesn't have all of the capabilities of the Web version as is to be expected. The notifications are a bit weird but if you quickly want to have a check on your orders then this is the way to do it! I'm hoping they add more features to it and improve upon the messaging system and notifications!
2 stars: A few things here and there you can do on the website but not on the app. Otherwise, if you're a creator, I can guarantee you'll find something here. Edit: I dropped the score because I've had a bad glitch for over a month. I cannot access my saved lists unless I uninstall and reinstall; and this is a temporary fix. Anywhere from 3 seconds to half an hour before its gone. I've asked for help repeatedly, but haven't really gotten much.
