5 stars: This is a great app for Islamabad, Pakistan. Most drivers have shifted to this app which means you can find a ride even in the remotest of the area late at night. The fare is convenient. The app layout needs some improvement. Since it lags at times when selecting a ride. Also, whenever a driver sends you a ride request, the app makes a loud ping, and even after putting the phone on silent, the ping remains.
5 stars: So much better than Ola and Uber. Highly recommend this app. You can bargain fair price with the drivers. It's transparent business. I respect it. Keep it up and don't get greedy, unethical and unprofessional like Ola and Uber. 4⭐ for now. Add multiple payment options and improve the UI from time to time to get 5⭐. 4 stars: Most of times fares are coming reasonable but rider is asking for hugh raise in fares which is unacceptable, navigation is not upto mark for riders, This app needs to have features to save my home & work location for quick bookings, Complaints and Suggestions box should be there, In current scenario indrive is good option. But needs improvement.

However, if possible please implement a section that allows you to state the number of passengers and give an estimated price based on that, because there are too many drivers complaining that they're 'underpaid' for carrying two people to the same location, even when the fare is ABOVE...
