5 stars: My only comment is how to make ATM withdrawal if there is no signal or weak network,I hope you figure a solution for that. And by the way Vodafone cash payment and receiving service need also to exist in more platforms especially that related to crypto currency exchange.. But overall it is very good app. I really enjoy using it 🙏
5 stars: It is an excellent app. I wrote previously about a problem that it did not update the ADSL home Internet usage immediately, as it took a long time to update the amount of gigabytes left for use. Since then the issue has been resolved and now the app is perfect in every way.
4 stars: It is a great program now I can control the line system and internet packages very easily and also solve a lot of problems without referring to customer service repeatedly.

You have already a pending request, this what I got while trying to renew my internet flex bundle using CC, I think you are using now Amazon, to verify and complete the transaction between the bank and Vodafone, please fix this. While viewing others' feedback I recon and you should notice that as well, it's an issue affecting multiple users. I know you are doing your best as always to fix the issues and bugs we are facing.
