5 stars: I sent an email off to the team as well but I'm currently getting a lengthy error message when trying to load up the app. Usually I can get through the new update details before it crashes but I hope it gets fixed before the end of the month when my trip is planned. Edit: they reached out and now the issue is fixed. Thanks Wanderlog!
3 stars: Overall a good app to help plan a trip. It lets you put all your info in one place. However, the app is EXTREMELY slow when you have a lot of items for your trip. I planned a 2 week trip and had 200+ items, the app took forever to load, and the experience was very laggy. I think the web site version of this is 5 star though, it's much faster.
2 stars: When I downloaded the app in early 2021, it was perfect for my road trip across the country. I could search and find specific stops and add them to a list. Since the update that now includes a paid Pro option, it's as if the basics no longer exist. I will search locations I have found on Google to add to the itinerary, but they don't exist. The app at this point is useless to me, which sucks because it was amazing and easy to use before.
