5 stars: Much improved after my initial review. The team is very responsive and met all the issues raised. Really like the expanded payment options. Kudos. Keep up the good work! It's an okay app. Usefull enough. It doesn't have a help feature or messenging feature. No development on the profile as well.
4 stars: At last after years, this app is finally starting to work as it should! 1. I can actually buy load from the app reliability now. 2. I can link several numbers now and swap between them. 3. The app is a lot faster and doesn't time out all the time. BUT ... it's still a painful experience when you add a SIM in a modem. Can't we fix this ?
4 stars: sometimes there are problems but mostly the experience was okay edit: its the claiming of the 20% discounted load using gigalife app. it was not working on 11.11. i just loaded it now. also, i could not access the app a few months ago. but that was fixed recently too. there is always a new bug on the app. hence, the reason for my 4star rating. the app is buggy from time to time
3 stars: I rated 3stars because I cannot access the app because of the error. Currently, I have everything I need in the gigalife app but if you could change something, please bring back the free data access to the app and if you could— please fix also the lag because it takes time to access gigalife even with high speed internet connection. Thanks.
