5 stars: Very good service. Easy and simple to use the app. I would use the service more often but it is not convenient sometimes to pick up a car as it is in a near town. BUt overall service is very good. I would recommend it as as ad hoc hire for sure.
5 stars: Great app, easy to navigate, lots of instructions for hiyacar and partner car shares. Love the keyless entry feature.
3 stars: Process is great, car was good. App has small hiccups but works pretty well. Really helped me out. But I do think the unlocking process can be improved, it's a bit stressful to have to use your phone before you can start. I also didn't like the fact the insurance ends up costing more than the car (for a budget car at least). I would've liked if the estimate included insurance.
2 stars: The car was very dirty on the outside, and the gps too get the car back to where we got it was wrong, but the car worked well. The prices is a bit expensive, but support is good.
