4 stars: Very helpful for someone who don't like to go outside for time being. Even most of the price a bit pricey compare to store itself but still acceptable. Customer service very helpful. Just when it comes to choose for refunding need to wait sometimes almost a month but still worth it if choosing voucher. Overall good service.

3 stars: Food choices are not bad, but the main downside is the food keeps getting canceled or delayed by an hour or more extra. (edit) Location on the app is very bad. The detection is slow and there's no other way to contact driver other than messaging them, which they never replied (which got me worried) . But they sent to the latest address in the end.
3 stars: App is difficult to use. I wanted to just order a burger but first I had to tell where from. I don't even know the restaurants near me. And when finally I struggled and added an item to my cart, placed my order, a message appeared that this restaurant is closed right now. Then why wasted my time? Did the app not know that this time the restaurant is closed. Let the customer know first.
