4 stars: Would've been 5 stars but sometimes I select a price and then the price changes before I arrive at my destination. Since I'm visiting and don't have WiFi everywhere, I don't get any notification regarding the change. I don't think the price should change once I have already accepted the old price. This has happened several times now. Otherwise muy Bueno.
4 stars: Its a good app in general. Be aware that drivers accept the trips and then cancel them. I then realised that it was because I was on a main street and they couldn't stop. The app should mention this. I had to wait 15 min or more and had 4 drivers cancel, it was quite frustrating. The rating system has limited options for what went wrong. If I write a comment but don't select one of those options it doesn't let me rate 😑
2 stars: Drivers keep cancelling when close to your location. I think the issue is that drivers are using multiple platforms so if a better ride comes through, you get cancelled in favour of the other request. So many times now my driver has been close only for them to cancel.
