5 stars: Easy to use, support is pretty quick whenever there is a problem. I used it in foreign countries to receive calls and worked well as long as there was data service. Only had a few problems here and there but for the most part works well. The app sometimes doesn't like Bluetooth headsets, call quality is dependent on data service quality.
5 stars: The interface is really easy to understand. I had a problem in rhe app, however, the customer support solved my problem in a few minutes. The customer service email response time is really fast, in fact, the fastest that I've ever seen! Services provided are really good, and I look forward to continue using the service!
4 stars: App is good with good support. I downloaded and activated an esim so I could use it my other smart devices for work purposes. I wanted to use not for the calls but rather text messages. While calling, other person can see the number allocated to you but if you send text messages they will receive a random number and they can't reply to that. Moreover, unwanted notifications that you don't need.
4 stars: Crashed on my Samsung. But when the support told me to move it to iP, it works fine. But some feature (such as text sender number) isn't appearing my number (instead, it is appearing a masking. It should be fixed since I tried to contact somebody but the person was confused even when that person had already saved my number and received a masked sender Note : the support is actually helping...
