5 stars: The app is very great, but my problem is that when you receive an order and the passenger cancel the order it becomes the driver's fult and your driver score will decrease for something you didn't do but rather the passenger's fult its not nice at all you have to do something about it.
4 stars: All is fine, intuitive, handy. Overall stable. Recently lost the option to call using phone the passenger upon arrival at pickup point. Option remaining is in-app call that is unsable especially in areas with not so dense mobile data coverage. Tipping limited to 15 minutes after the ride is finalized, is unfair. Most passengers are in a rush and they review the fare later than quarter hour.
3 stars: App is basic but good enough. The stuff I'm missing here are miles when you do the trips or Google maps navigation. There are no instructions on the top of the screen how far before turning which lane to position yourself or speed limit. Just what you have in normal Google maps. Bolt Google maps navigation system is not the same. Also if you want to see your driving time good luck to find it.
2 stars: Not as slick as Uber, but does the job. 4* if they would show a route map on the ride requests screen (like Uber). Especially in unfamiliar locations where we don't know the destination postcode this would improve my acceptance rate. Also wish I could turn off the ride request sound and vibration. One tap log off would be better - no need for further confirmation.
