4 stars: Love the support from them fast easy help fees are a bit much to be honest. Had to stop buying my usdt on app as when I brought like $500 I was get charged nearly $100 more. I only now use it to store and received between my main exchange
4 stars: UI is getting better. Thanks for bringing the list of transactions back. One problem, zero balances of coins I've sold still show when they shouldn't be there. This is not a dust issue. The balances are completely empty but they're still in my portfolio.
3 stars: Issues with Ach, cannot connect even if it said it was. Good buy/sell tools. Great graphing. Needs more detailed info on gain/loss by each individual buy. Fees are competitive. Would be one of the better crypto exchange apps I have tried, but they need to fix the first and last bullet.
3 stars: verification process is a little finicky, wait times could be shortened, maybe could use some live support options too. other wise very clean Ui, clean setup and pleasant functionality. I give it a 3 because I have yet to unlock the full features of the app, verification.
