5 stars: This has been alot of help with my studies especially with me being much older than many students. Thank You! This app is very user friendly.
4 stars: EDIT: I sent an email and they are refunding my and canceling my subscription for me. They got back to me very quickly. I paused my subscription, but it automatically un-paused and charged me $40 this month. So, I went to cancel my subscription but the 'manage subscription' page won't work. Also, other than 'submitting feedback' there is no customer support, so I'm just out $40 and can't cancel my subscription from the app.
3 stars: This app comes in handy when you need more help with school. However, when you try to unsubscribe it will not let you. And the monthly price is over 30 bucks wich is high in my opinion.
3 stars: The app is kind of helpful, it helps you alot with your classes, quizzes, homeworks, and so on. But there is one thing that I really hate about this app. When you subscribe with it, it allows to ask the tutors for only 20 questions, everytime when I tries to ask tutors, it takes LONG time to answer my questions, even if they are short and clear. I think the best helper to yourself is yourself.
2 stars: It's okay for quiz submissions, but any written answers need to be completely rewritten. A lot of the papers are written by people with a tenuous grasp on the English l...
