5 stars: Simple to use app. Swipe left for photos without actually clicking onto the house. Nice feature. Able to save houses as well remove houses from your search. again, really nice feature. Try this app for yourself and see if it's for you. If not, then just uninstall. Simple. Easy.
4 stars: Works pretty well. However, when I search for no condos, townhomes, or trailers, they still come up. Selecting no HOA fees is useless as well. I recommend adding a feature to show if you've look at the house before. App resets and rearranges listings so I have no clue if I've looked at one yet or not and waste a ton of time looking at the same ones.
4 stars: I generally prefer the website when I'm on my PC, but do like viewing individual homes when I get alerts. I like the convenience. One glitch is the mapping feature, specifically the directions. First, it selects your current location as the start, which is rarely what a user needs. Second, it immediately starts the navigation, which is annoying because that is normally set to full volume.
3 stars: 1sept22 update completely broke the new and favorites pages. The only way i can get them to display content is clear data and cache, then log in again.... For about a day until it breaks again. Sort sequence is working normally again. I really wish there was a setting to disable the in-app browser. Its great that so many county assessor links are available, but none of them work properly with the in-app browser.
