5 stars: Mi band 7. Still there are some menu items that can't be edited from the app, only from watch. In zepp, there is such possibility. Widgets I think they are bigger than it suppose to be, a lot of empty space. And not yet can connect with Google Fit. Also I would like to see steps at least on notification bar of the app.
5 stars: Good fitness app with the number of steps, heart rate, blood pressure & spO2 oxygen level among the displayed information. My only issues are distance is in km without the ability to have miles plus the app takes up quite a bit of memory. Battery lasts a long time.
4 stars: Can't update to latest firmware, so it doesn't sync steps and I can't change the watch face. Update: switched the watch now it is working properly. One recommendation for the sports tracker. You can include more water sports to track you on the map like in running and open water swimming. At the moment, paddle boarding, rowing only shows calories, time and heart rate.
4 stars: The app itself is great, I personally put 4 stars because it lacks connectivity with other Mi devices such as the Mi Scale, which means I have to use 2 separate apps for the same brand. I believe this is an issue that other people have noticed too and it is annoying. Would be great if compatibility with other Mi devices was added as well, as it would make it much easier to track your data. Or add support for Mi watches on Zepp life app.
