3 stars: Difficult to find long_term packages, this should be in clear lists, Also EN version isn't working well
2 stars: No longer works. The app no longer works after the last upgrade. After logging in, it is supposed to send an SMS message and the app only waits for a minute and a half to enter the number. Unfortunately when abroad, it takes 3-4 minutes for the SMS message to come through. Therefore the app always times out and we can't log in.
2 stars: I've been struggling with this login error of the English version as many of those who shared their reviews here. Hopefully, I used the workaround from one of the reviews to make first login in Turkish, accept terms, and then switch to English. It work for me now. Thank you, guys. By the way, the guy in store couldn't solve the issue. Turkcell, please at least share the workaround with your staff, so they can help customers.
