5 stars: The app was good. There was a one problem. The problem was your account will just be logged out everyday for security purposes, and I understand it, although it can be annoying sometimes (just sometimes). I haven't experienced bugs or anything. The app was performing perfectly.
5 stars: Smart's internet connection is actually good. Based in experience, it works better depending on the area that you live in. I simply switch between 2 sims(Globe) depending on which one gives stronger signal.
4 stars: It is now ok for me, After almost a month. I called hotline and emailed. I don't know which of those i called or emailed made the difference but thanks anyway. Now, it only worked for me but not for a friend who is in similar situation. So if you experience
3 stars: Useful but full of bugs. After few log-ins, user is forced to log out for security purposes? Like what could happen to our account in our own device? Also, this bug has been recently bothering me. The app always force close after few seconds. I cleared the data and even uninstall but still the same. Gigalife isn't as useful as it used to be.
