5 stars: This is the way car rental sould be. This app makes renting a car so easy and convenient. All the cars I have rented so far have been very good cars, within a resonable walking distance, at a very reasonable price. I will definately use this app again.
4 stars: Generally very good once you understand all the details/criteria etc. It was a little unclear within the overview description regarding the total price with insurance and breakdown cover but a chat with Hiyacar clarified that. Once using the app it was fairly straightforward. Would definitely use it again if needed.

3 stars: Process is great, car was good. App has small hiccups but works pretty well. Really helped me out. But I do think the unlocking process can be improved, it's a bit stressful to have to use your phone before you can start. I also didn't like the fact the insurance ends up costing more than the car (for a budget car at least). I would've liked if the estimate included insurance.
