5 stars: This is a great tool to estimate the highs and lows of specific homes and other real estate. Just a great tool to guide investments. Traditionally is lower than the market in my area. But each home has its attributes , plus and minus to the final value. GREAT APP. Mark
4 stars: Works pretty well. However, when I search for no condos, townhomes, or trailers, they still come up. Selecting no HOA fees is useless as well. I recommend adding a feature to show if you've look at the house before. App resets and rearranges listings so I have no clue if I've looked at one yet or not and waste a ton of time looking at the same ones.
4 stars: So incredibly happy that dark mode is an option. I tend to not have down time for browsing until lying in bed at night and my spouse is asleep and since he is very sensitive to light in the room, dark mode is much needed, it's not perfect but it helps. Now if they could just make the
