5 stars: I'm changing rating from 3 to 5. Honestly I think ThinQ is a great app to have around. I had no issues with it while using my washer machine. I checked out more of the feature. I love it. App is easy to use. I love all the extra download features for washing laundry in different cycles. A great add. It still would be nice to have a power on and off button. Other than that the app is great. 😊
5 stars: Just installed it and messing with the features, options and such. Lots of neat info. More than I expected. When you create an account you have to go and click the confirmation email. It doesn't tell you that during setup except for a quick notice thst goes away fast. Other than that it was an easier setup than Samsung stuff.
4 stars: I was forced to reinstall the app today. Trying to control my AC away from home using the app, it just give some a blank white screen when I try to open up the AC controls. I could turn it on and off from the main screen, and adjust the temperature, but nothing more. It was pretty frustrating, but hopefully this was a one time fluke.
4 stars: Quite snazzy, just wish there was a way to have multiple conditions for routines, for example I'd love to have my ac unit turn on if the temp is above a certain threshold and if the unit is turned off in order to avoid excessive notifications of it turning on every 10 min. Overall though the app has been pretty good and i enjoy the features it has.
