4 stars: Nice but if i give an appointment several time same notification arrived thats disgusting. You should add a fiture help / contuct us by online chating. Otherwise its nice...!!
3 stars: Doesn’t offer virtual/online appointment. It’s a necessity in during this pandemic. UI/UX is good though.
3 stars: Have requested for 1st test UBT with payment info as shown, but cancelled with no reason & information. So undoubtedly saying first impression is poor. Unproductive apps if feedback is null with proper information.
