5 stars: Surprisingly the cache clear fixed the crash issues, thanks for the quick response! I have the Samsung z flip 3, app used to work well on my old phone before but lags on this phone now. As well any time I flip the screen and reopen the app freezes and I have to force close to resolve it, hoping someone can please take a look!
5 stars: Loving the new feature where all previous visits to a location are available on one screen, dates and times nicely arranged. Also, some of the recent problems have been addressed and Maps is great again. Previous review : Says I've been driving for days on end. It's harder to edit now, too with those disappearing drop down boxes. Please fix this previously awesome app. I'll change my rating back to 5-stars if you do.
4 stars: Works great! One minor thing: I find that for whatever reason the navigation voice Default (English) does not use my Google Assistant voice, which I set as British Racing Green. It only uses the default Red voice. I now have a Samsung Galaxy S22 and with the same settings on my older phone, it matched my Assistant voice. Maybe it has something to do with the phone?
3 stars: This is a great app most of the time. But within the last few months it's been crashing where you can't close it down, alter route, or even see where you are. All buttons disappear and your stuck with a frozen maps screen. Please fix the bug issues. I'm not the only one of my friends noticing this.
