5 stars: The app was good. There was a one problem. The problem was your account will just be logged out everyday for security purposes, and I understand it, although it can be annoying sometimes (just sometimes). I haven't experienced bugs or anything. The app was performing perfectly.
5 stars: Been using Giga App for almost 1 and a half year and it works totally fine on my phone. Some issues had been resolved. It is easy to use if you're not that lazy and stupid person who keeps giving 1 star because it doesn't work on your phone. Anyways, thanks for the easy service and the discounts; it helps me in saving my time and my money.

2 stars: ***EDIT 2 stars now because why do you even add the LIFELINE option if it is NEVER available? 🙄 *** I hope that you could add a messaging part in this app so that we could use the free texts when we add regular load. It's too much hassle if the sim is in the pocket wifi and you still need to access the router just so you could text. But overall, the app is functioning as intended to.
