5 stars: I can't listen to audio anymore. Every time I try to listen to a voice message, it simply won't play and freeze the app. Fix this devs. My storage has plenty of space, my internet works just fine. I have tried everything and couldn't get it to work.
4 stars: This application made it easier for us to communicate and stay in touch with our friends when we don't have mb and it also cost less but lately I have experience some problem for instance when I log out, the next day I hardly log in so need a little improvement on it.
4 stars: Other users have already mentioned the problem. The App is indeed good but only having problems with video calling and downloads do not resume from where it has stopped due the poor network. I would have given five stars if the issues mentioned have improved by the developer. Thanks...

2 stars: Works sometimes, other times not. Sends notifications on an ad hoc basis, sends messages on an ad hoc basis. Then sends some them all at once. Or sometimes days later. Rubbish. 2 stars is only because the video calling generall...
