5 stars: I dont have any complaints honestly its very hard to find a game that can draw me in for long but i get very lost in this game lol. Even if u cant afford to buy the deals or offers (to help you win very hard levels) it still gives u the option to watch a short videos and u constantly win prizes to help with hard levels. Theres ads here n there but most are only 5 to 10sec long most ads are ur choice to watch for help which i love
5 stars: Game is great and video's for gems makes it easier to complete i just seem to get to end before game has a next level and have never used real money yet just keep going back to video's to get more gems may take a couple days of video's but eventually you get enough. Has glitched a few times in the double rewards
4 stars: Love the game and it's challenging but not impossible! A good balance between ads and reward. Unfortunately took a star off because the game keeps crashing when I want to watch an ad to get an extra customer at the end of a game! I'm on the Vegas level... So sad. I hope it gets fixed so I can keep playing.
4 stars: I've been enjoying this game for the most part. The upgrades are neat and events are fun. Each new hotel starts out easy and gets harder. Customer service is quick to respond. I don't like that the money doesn't transfer between maps (different hotel groups) hence the four stars. Otherwise a good game.
