5 stars: Signed up for the learning bundle and i have been trying to unsubcribe but there is no clear instructions on how to unsubcribe. Very frustrated as I would like to unsubcribe before being charged. Feels as though they have made it impossible to find the unsubcribe page so as to charge people.
5 stars: I've purchased this game for my child and I think is brilliant but I want to use it on my tablet as well and with the same account it won't let me. How can I make it work? Thank you
2 stars: I don't want your app and you charge me $8.00 for what also im trying to cancel the account and not getting any options too do it
2 stars: My daughter Emmalin love it but keeps getting errors and I uninstalled and re a few times since got year subscription in November 2020 , one day phonics open then next says coming soon . Kind of strange I hated to unsubscribe but good till November 2021 so hope that till then app gets better or not going to change my mind and resubscribe. Be aware not best learning app out there.
