5 stars: I really like the Selection tools, including the Blur (Feathering) adjustment. Super for merging photos using layers and doing sophisticated editing of photos. Excellent! While it doesn't have a true liquify brush, you can make a selection with Feathering, copy to a new layer, and then use the free transformation to simulate liquify.
4 stars: I love the App, and even more after the 10th anniversary update. But it is sad that for those who bought the one time payment EX option we only have the 1 hour free use available when we are supposed to have the option for two devices. I wish we could also be included in using the phone App with what we have. That would make it a 5 stars App for me.
