5 stars: Overall experience of this app is great. Easy interface, simple to use and great layout. My only issue is not necessarily with the app but Nike. My issue is it seems like you can be a tester of products everywhere else in the world except Australia. Why is that?
4 stars: I like this app for the most part. It saves time when shopping for shoes and clothing. And the free shipping is a plus too! They don't always have the different colors of shoes you might find in stores. But usually they have what I'm looking for. The sale items are great and I use the app as much as possible.
3 stars: It's easy to navigate but when looking at items especially clothing they need to group all like items together. When I look at tops it pulls up all tops ,you can't just look at thanks or just t-shirts. It's annoying to have to filter through items.
2 stars: This app was designed by people totally out of touch with their likely users. You gave to create a full account with verification before signing in. You have to enter your birthday - the user interface will require tapping through 12 times for every year, so if you're 30 years old, you'd only tap 360 times before entering your birthday. All this before you know what this app can do for you.
2 stars: App has its moments. Sometimes gets stuck on pending when attempting to reserve sneakers. Have to force close it to fix it. Also, while not app related (I think), winning a draw is usually reserved for people that spend to...
