5 stars: EDIT : Fairfax responded and updated the UI! Much better! Bizarre user interface which actually makes it hard to browse the paper other than the headlines on the front page, there's literally no way to browse other than choose to create a My News section, it's like they're trying to reduce readers of anything but the top 10 daily articles!
5 stars: Best Newspaper in Melbourne. Just cancelled my 2013 app which is stopping soon. And subscribed to current android app. Will take a while to get used to
4 stars: Slick app, well overdue. Looks good, nice to use, and familiar in its similarity to the mobile site. Only gripe at this stage is the awkwardness of getting to the My News section - reaching up to hit a small arrow and then choose the view is not easy. A swipe across the whole screen between views would be much better
2 stars: Don't see any purpose of this app apart from notifications. The mobile version of the website is much better with a better UX, ability to save articles for later, view recently viewed articles, etc. I am uninstalling this and will just save a chrome shortcut to the website on my screen.
