4 stars: Smart app and has always been there for me thanks to Samsung. It just makes switching to other phones easy. I just wish it allowed you to transfer EVERYTHING including things like calendar details and everything else a full phone backup would contain. Then I wouldn't have to combine with using other apps to complete a full transfer. I will give five stars once this ability is made available.
4 stars: Everytime I upgrade my phone to the latest Samsung Galaxy I use this app to transfer all of my data to the new phone. I've never had a problem with it and it always downloads all of the content I need transferred. It's a great app to use, very handy, beats transferring the info manually, that would take weeks or months even. I always keep it installed just so I have it when I need it. Enjoy!
3 stars: GREAT (when it WORKS, but have ONLY been able to get it to work ANY amount, when cable-tied in tandem). NOT GREAT when over a public (like a hotel) WiFi, even with no VPN, on. Also was lucky enough to have a 3rd party USB-1 --> USB-C adapter handy, to make the adequate transition (since I didn't have a USB-C --> USB-C cable handy, at this time. Looking forward to improvements, onwards.
