4 stars: The voices are great. But the app is TERRIBLE. Keeps deleting my pdfs. Constantly stalling. Now the actual buttons have disappeared, like help and settings. What a waste of a LOT of money. Update: customer service told me to change my language settings on my device to English US/UK and it fixed the issue.
3 stars: The premium voices are more pleasant and natural than what you get with basic. However, the intermittent pausing glitch has not been resolved, the chosen voice changes, it doesn't pick up where you left off, and it's difficult to find pages and pick new starting points.
3 stars: A friend has recommended this app to me and it seems helpful. I've been having some fun considering we can choose the voices we like and even the dialects. But after I've finished with the intro, the app suddenly closed itself and isn't responding afterwards. Pls do fix this problem, I'm already interested in using the app. Much thanks^^
4 stars: As someone with ADHD who needs to put a ton of effort in reading, this is a blessing. I actually enjoy 'reading' for the first time in my life, which is amazing. App has no adds, which is a major plus. I take 1 star off due to glitches (which are all visual and not that bothersome or easily fixable with few extra taps, but still annoying). If these bugs get fixed, I'd gladly give it 5 stars.
