5 stars: I haven't purchased FinchPlus, but I might! I use this little squeak as my to-do list. It's great because I get points for making a goal, for planning ahead, and there's no shame felt when a goal isn't done. I like being able to reflect on how different goals made me feel. 5 stars: I've never been one for self-care apps, I downloaded this one over a week ago out od boredom and I love it! I've created a few journeys and having goals in this app motivates me to do stuff I usually just wouldn't do. And the free version is more than enough to help you get started on your self-care journey, there's lots of stuff to do and I don't feel the need to go with the paid version yet.
5 stars: This is a great app. I love how it's all locally stored data and there's no ads! I've also got some friend's finches coming over and I love seeing the different outfits and colors! what a great way to remind yourself to take care of yourself and those around you, the hashtag system allows you to reflect on all the entries and activities and even gives you mood insights. I can't recommend this app enough.
