It has only been down for maintenance once at a non peak time (10-11) ish and was finished before 12ish and you could still access previously bought tickets. Always emailed. 4 stars: My journey home is unpredictable and this app has been invaluable when I've been 2 minutes from the station and in desperate need of a ticket! Please can you add in the option of a generic peak / off peak single? It would also help if the app could be stored on an SD card. Thank you.

3 stars: The app worked perfectly for months but recently it hasn't been applying my railcard discount when I've tried to buy tickets. The only thing that worked was uninstalling and installing again.
5 stars: Great app, no more queueing at the station for tickets or using that machine which can be so slow, you (me) end up with an incomplete set! Never again.
