3 stars: I like this app but it absolutely does not listen to you. I've set it to only show me 1-2 bedroom rental options within 45 minutes of work and less than $200,000 SEVERAL times and it does but it also insists on including 6 bedroom mansions 2 hours away and plots of land with nothing built on it at all. 4 stars: Used to be awesome, prior to about a month ago. Now, every time you try to exit the listing that you are viewing, it kicks you out to a map of some old listing instead of taking you back to the email list of current listings. I used to look forward to my morning Redfin emails, but now they are mostly a pain in the butt.
4 stars: Failure to exit the app via back button has finally been fixed. The previous response wasn't very helpful as the option doesn't exist by that name. I think I did find it, as I haven't had those emails lately. But the email options are poorly named so it was hard to find.
5 stars: Usually the first to have new listings, lately it's been a little inconsistent, but still my go to app for searching for a home. it does also update faster than every other app of its kind, which is crucial these days with the market being the way it is.
3 stars: It's useful but would love it if it also showed what the internet connectivity status for the place was. I constantly have to cross reference if a site will have wired ...
