3 stars: Nice game to play but spoilt by what seem like errors in coding. Often, when you make a line break, the player will only run in a straight line and you can't move to avoid contact, killing the break quickly. When you intercept a pass you are always tackled instantly, faster than when you pass it to yourself, very unrealistic. Using dive tackle gets more mauls than holding someone up too, makes no sense.
4 stars: Big improvement over the 2019 version. The kicking controls are still a bit temperamental and the defensive ai for human teams could do with some improvement but scrums and lineouts are vastly improved. Sound design has got much better, and the changes to tackle animations make the tackles feel muchore physical than the previous release. It's not perfect but overall very good and definitely the best rugby game on mobile right now.
4 stars: Changes are good 19 vs 22, but a few things needs changing to make it more realistic and competitive 1.) Oppostion team kicking the ball out on half or full time, when they are on attack and can win the game?? 2.) Always a knock-on at half or full time in new version, in 2019 you could still win the game after the hooter 3.) Every second tackle cant be a maul guys, its holding up flow in game play
3 stars: Not a horrible game but could use some work. Sometimes defending seems a mashing of go to man button then dive and it sometimes works. Team ratings seem pointless. Continually only getting bronze packs for win...
