5 stars: Great app with good selection various providers Makes it much easier for me to get care /therapy and is also accepted by many major insurance companies which is a great help as well. I really enjoy my provider and when i needed to get help from customer svc, they were able to resolve any issues (with insurance. Etc). Very easy to use. I would recommend that the patient be able to make edits to their medication list. Surgery list. Etc

5 stars: The doctors are knowledgeable, caring, and want to help you feel better. I appreciate the ability to be seen in the privacy in my own home which also helps stop the spread of any germs we may be experiencing or potential for catching new ones. The best app I have on my phone.
5 stars: As someone with nearly life long mental health problems, just making it to the Dr's office is half the battle sometimes. This gives me little excuse to cancel appts, it's great. The video quality, overall app function is smooth and easy to use. Hope this doesnt go away!
