3 stars: Please improve the map detection. I have been giving wrong place on the wave map few times. Especially those lorong lots kampung areas. Lastly need to call customer to resend the correct direction. Wrongly given information and wasted times on road hours we cannot charges customer beside the waiting fee. Pls looks into the matter or else rider very hard to survive with tiny little earnings after deduct commission.
3 stars: The app is getting slow. I have a hard time to get a booking, also the time that they give to check the booking is too short. Second, the fare is low, specially now, the average price of gasoline per liter is about 63 pesos. I hope the Lalamove make an update regarding on the booking price, addition to that, maybe Lalamove should lower their commission for at least 10% in every booking, so that many rider will feel much better. 3 stars: To be honest, this app lit a bit boost my income without a doubt but now the ORDER and the PRICE is not as usual for CAR. I delivered once from Bukit Bintang to Eko Cheras, it cost rm16 but now it's RM 11 or 10. The pick up order is so far from my location and delivery is far from it also, yet it's show car basic price which is rm8. Kindly fix it.
